1. General
Printing Hub Ltd provides custom printing services for brochures, pamphlets, and leaflets. By placing an order with us, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
2. Custom Orders
- All products are printed based on customer-provided specifications, including design, size, quantity, paper stock, and finishing options.
- Once a design is approved, no further changes can be made to the order.
- We are not responsible for spelling, grammar, or design errors after final approval has been provided by the customer.
3. Proofs and Approval
- Digital proofs are sent via email for customer approval before printing begins.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review the proof for accuracy.
- Approval must be submitted in writing (email confirmation is sufficient).
4. Production and Turnaround Time
- Production times vary based on order complexity and quantity. Standard production time is typically 3–7 business days after proof approval.
- Rush orders may be available at an additional cost and are subject to confirmation.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- We offer both local and international shipping. Shipping costs will be included in your final invoice.
- While we strive to meet delivery timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is defective or does not match the approved proof.
- Claims for any defects or issues must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order, along with photographic evidence.
7. Production and Order Terms
- For high-volume or custom printing orders, the estimated production and delivery timelines may vary by approximately ±10–20 business days. These variations can occur due to production workloads, seasonal demand, or unexpected operational delays.
- The final delivered quantity in bulk printing orders may differ by up to ±5% from the ordered amount. This slight variation is considered standard industry practice and does not qualify as a defect or shortage.
- Minor color variations of up to ±5% may appear in large or bulk printing jobs. This is a normal and acceptable standard in the printing industry, typically caused by differences in materials, printing machines, or ink batches.
8. Intellectual Property
- All artwork, designs, and content submitted by the customer must not infringe on any third-party rights.
- Printing Hub Ltd is not liable for any copyright or trademark violations arising from customer-submitted materials.
9. Pricing and Payment
- Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept payment via bank transfer & credit card.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Printing Hub Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the order placed.
