We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining CRM systems, improving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through effective communication and data management.
• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system
• Update customer records and ensure data accuracy
• Track customer interactions and sales pipelines
• Create and manage email campaigns and follow-ups
• Generate reports and analyze customer data
• Support customer retention strategies
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve customer experience
• Previous experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and data management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys
• Flexible remote working
